Meet the Kitchen Pollution Control (KPC) System-
Professional kitchens are safer than ever
The Kitchen Pollution Control (KPC) System, specializes in odor and grease control by using UV-C and ozone technology developed by JIMCO. It ensures cleaner ductwork, optimal working exhaust fans and minimized risk of fire.
The KPC System uses cold incineration of organic matter with a process called photolytic oxidation. This leaves no harmful residues. It also eliminates bacteria, fungi and viruses from your work area.

The elegance of the system by JIMCO
The JIMCO lamps are placed in a steel frame, which is installed behind the grease filters in the hood or; in case this is not possible (due to lack of space), in an enclosure immediately above the hood.
We recommend that ducts be manually cleaned before installing the KPC system. The system will keep the ducts in optimum condition, free of grease, and your kitchen practically odor free.
How does it work?
"Our neighbors have not complained about odors, even when we fry bacon and you have no doubt about this distinctive smell."
- Technical Supervisor, Hotel Odeon
JIMCO remedied inappropriate placement of air inlet/outlet channels at Hotel Odeon by installing the Kitchen Pollution Control (KPC) System in the kitchen hoods. Hotel Odeon is very pleased with the results.
